IBEX to showcase CX Solution for utilities at Chartwell EMACS Conference

October 13, 2022 (MLN): IBEX solutions is going to showcase its latest revenue-generating customer services and customer experience (CX) solutions at Chartwell EMACS Conference and will launch SparkedHome.com services, a notice issued by IBEX on Thursday.

At the conference, representatives of IBEX will explain proven strategies of CX solutions and how utility companies can generate revenue, and retain customers from it.  

Vice President Mark Wilkinson said, “We are excited to showcase our proven CX solutions and unveil SparkedHome.com to help utilities build lasting customer engagement and new revenue streams”.
