November 04, 2025 (MLN): Haseeb Waqas Sugar Mills Limited (PSX: HWQS) has once again failed to clear the penalties imposed by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), keeping the company in the Non-Compliant Segment.
According to a notice issued by the Regulatory Affairs Division of PSX, the company did not submit the fine imposed under an enforcement order issued in September 2025.
HWQS is already listed in the Non-Compliant Segment for suspending business operations for more than a year and not paying its annual listing fee for two consecutive years.
The exchange stated that HWQS will continue to remain in the Non-Compliant Segment until all outstanding dues, including annual fees and penalties, are fully paid.
