Gold price in Pakistan remain unchanged

October 09, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan remained unchanged on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs425,178 per tola, unchanged from the previous session.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs364,521 unchanged from the previous session, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted at Rs334,156 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs5,066 per tola (+Rs82) and Rs4,343 per 10-gram (+Rs71).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,040 an ounce, up $29.3 or 0.73% from the previous session.

Gold prices eased on Thursday as investors booked profits following a record-breaking rally that pushed bullion above the key $4,000 per ounce level for the first time, driven by mounting economic and geopolitical uncertainties and growing expectations of further U.S. interest rate cuts.
