SE Fruits and Vegetable IPO book-building commences

September 21, 2026 (MLN): The two-day book-building process for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited commenced today and will continue until September 22, offering investors an opportunity to participate in the public offering of the export-oriented, Shariah-compliant company.

SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited is offering 30 million ordinary shares, representing 32.01% of its post-IPO paid-up capital. The shares are being offered at a floor price of Rs40 each, with the strike price allowed to rise by up to 60% to a maximum of Rs64 per share.

The company is expected to raise Rs1.20bn at the floor price and up to Rs1.92bn if the strike price reaches the upper limit.

Under the offering structure, 22.5m shares, representing 75% of the issue, are being offered to institutional and high-net-worth investors through book building. The remaining 7.5m shares, or 25% of the issue, will be offered to the general public on September 28 and 29.

Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities Limited are acting as Joint Lead Managers to the Issue.

The IPO proceeds will primarily strengthen the Company’s working-capital position, enabling larger seasonal procurement, increased processing throughput and the conversion of growing international demand into higher export revenue.

SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited generated approximately $4m in export revenue during FY2026 and plans to increase this to around $18 million in FY2027.

Based in Sargodha and formerly operating as Shaheen Enterprises, the Company has a track record spanning nearly three decades and exports kinnow, mangoes, potatoes and other agricultural produce to more than 22 countries.
