Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs1,000 per tola

April 21, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs500,162 per tola, down Rs1,000.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs428,808 after a decline of Rs857, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs393,088 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs8,358 per tola (-Rs59) and Rs7,165 per 10-gram (-Rs51).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,785 an ounce, down $36.1 or 0.75% from the previous session, as a stronger U.S. dollar weighed on demand, while investors closely monitored the possibility of renewed diplomatic talks between the United States and Iran following heightened tensions over the weekend.
