Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs4,900 per tola

April 20, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Monday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs501,162 per tola, down Rs4,900.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs429,665 after a decline of Rs4,201, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs393,873 per 10-gram.

 

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs8,417 per tola (-Rs145) and Rs7,216 per 10-gram (-Rs124).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,795 an ounce, up $40.4 or 0.85% from the previous session, as a stronger U.S. dollar weighed on demand, even as escalating tensions in the Middle East stirred fresh inflation concerns.
