First Prudential Modaraba renamed to Wasl Mobility Modaraba

July 21,2025 (MLN): First Prudential Modaraba (PSX: PMI) has been changed to Wasl Mobility Modaraba, and the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) has assigned a new security symbol, ‘WASL’, as per the company’s request.

The new security name and symbol will be effective from Monday, July 28, 2025, according to the notification issued by PSX.

PMI is a multipurpose, perpetual Modaraba. The Modaraba is registered under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980.

It is engaged in various modes of Islamic funding's and businesses which include ijarah financing, deployment of fund in musharika, morabaha and investment in securities.
