Finland’s major development financier ‘Finnfund’ to invest in TPL Insurance Ltd

July 1, 2021 (MLN): TPL Insurance Limited (TPLI), a subsidiary of TPL Corp Limited, has announced that Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation Limited, has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI), with TPL Insurance Limited.

Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation Limited, a Private Limited Company incorporated in Finland, (“Finnfund”), is a major development financier and impact investor, which invests in responsible and profitable businesses in developing countries.

Upon completion of successful legal and financial due diligence and obtaining all regulatory approvals, Finnfund will look to invest in TPL Insurance Limited, the company’s notice to PSX said.
