FNEL Investee Kingbhai Digisol wins record Rs3bn supply contract

November 21, 2025 (MLN): First National Equities Limited’s (PSX:FNEL) investee company, Kingbhai Digisol (Private) Limited, has secured its largest-ever single order, an agreement worth approximately Rs3 billion with Prime Construction Company, a major player in Pakistan’s infrastructure sector involved in national projects spanning highways, bridges, dams, and road networks.

Kingbhai Digisol will supply construction materials and equipment over the next twelve months under this arrangement, according to FNEL's statement issued today.

The development marks a significant operational milestone and broadens the company’s presence within Pakistan’s industrial supply chain.

FNEL also says it plans to gradually reduce its shareholding in Kingbhai Digisol as part of a long-term strategic realignment.

The transition aims to strengthen liquidity and support FNEL’s increased focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, which it identifies as key future growth drivers.
