Dawood Equities secures SECP consultant license

August 5, 2025 (MLN): Dawood Equities Limited (PSX: DEL) has been granted a license by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as Consultant to the Issue to carry out activities under the Public Offering (Regulated Securities Activities Licensing) Regulation 2017.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

DEL was incorporated in Pakistan as an unquoted public limited company on May 3, 2006 under the Companies Act 2017.

The Company's principal business is trading and brokerage of listed equities, underwriting and other investments.
