DGKC to invest further Rs900 million in Hyundai Nishat Motors

September 14, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors of D.G Khan Cement Company has recommended further equity investment up to Rs900 million in Hyundai Nishat Motor Pvt Limited, an associated company, a notice issued to Exchange said.

The aforesaid recommendation is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
