Burj Modaraba renamed to Burj Investment Management (Pvt) Ltd

October 07, 2025 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved a change in the name of Burj Modaraba Management Company (Private) Limited to Burj Investment Management (Private) Limited.

The change has been made under Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2017, read with Regulation 6 of the Companies Regulations.

As per SECP’s condition, for the next 90 days, the company must mention its former name along with the new one on all offices, documents, and notices as required under Section 22 of the Companies Act.
