BAPL secures SECP approval for non-rights share issue

August 07, 2025 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited (PSX: BAPL) has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for the issuance of shares Otherwise than Right, as approved by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on December 23, 2024.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

BAPL is a public limited Company incorporated in Pakistan on August 16, 1978 and was registered under the Companies Act 1913, now the Companies Act, 2017.

The principal activities of the Company are production and trading of oxygen gas, dissolved acetylene and nitrogen gas.
