APAG IPO fully subscribed on first day

August 27, 2026 (MLN): The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Limited (APAG) has been fully subscribed on the very first day, reflecting strong investor interest in the company's public offering.

According to the latest PSX book-building data, the cumulative bid volume reached 43.94 million shares, representing 100.92% of the total offer volume.

The highest demand was recorded at the PKR 32.00 per share price level, where investors placed bids for 30.56 million shares, accounting for around 69.6% of the cumulative bids.

At PKR 32.02, another 4.0 million shares were bid, while 1.24 million shares were sought at PKR 34.00. Investors also placed bids for 114,286 shares at PKR 35.00 and 7.95 million shares at PKR 35.20.

The strong response on the opening day indicates robust appetite among investors for APAG's IPO, with the book-building process witnessing substantial participation across multiple price levels.

With the offer already crossing the required subscription level, market participants will now closely watch the remaining book-building activity and the final strike price emerging from the process.
