March 22, 2021 (MLN): Avanceon FZE–Dubai, UAE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avanceon Limited has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the name and style of “Avanceon Saudi for Energy Co.”

According to Company’s notice to PSX, Avanceon Saudi for Energy Co. is incorporated as a single shareholder company with limited liability established in accordance with the companies’ law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/3) dated 28/1/1437 AH.

The establishment of the company will open new business opportunities and enhance the quality and efficiency levels of all our current and upcoming projects in the Region of Saudi Arabia.

The new subsidiary will also enable Avanceon to achieve its business plan/goals in a more effective and efficient manner.
