August 11, 2026 (MLN): Attock Cement Pakistan Limited (PSX: ACPL) has authorized its Management to explore and evaluate the feasibility of a potential merger with Fauji Cement Company Limited, with recommendations to be presented to the Board for consideration.

The Board of Directors, in the same meeting, also approved a proposal to shift the Company's Registered Office from Karachi, Sindh, to Rawalpindi, Punjab, subject to shareholder approval through a Special Resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, along with completion of all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The information was disseminated through a notification to the Exchange.
