Assetplex Modaraba decides to seek, evaluate the feasibility of Chemical Business

August 17, 2021 (MLN): Assetplex Modaraba Management Limited (formerly BankIslami Modaraba Investments Limited) on behalf of Modaraba Al-Mali (the Modaraba) in their meeting held on Monday, decided to seek and evaluate the feasibility of Chemical Business and to determine the total size of the Project and possibility of seeking JV Partner.

In this regard, evaluated the total size of funds requirement for the various businesses as outlined in the strategic business plan; and Financial Plan shall be finalized once the feasibility report of Chemical Business is evaluated, the company’s notice to PSX said.
