Amtex gets Shareholder consent for land sale in debt plan

June 25, 2025 (MLN): Amtex Limited (PSX: AMTEX) has obtained shareholder consent for the sale of land measuring 165 Marlas located at Chak 204 R.B. Raza Garden Canal Road, Faisalabad, and 6 Kanal 2 Marlas at Chak 120 J.B. Sargodha Road, Faisalabad.
The sale is part of a debt repayment plan currently under negotiation between the company and its lender banks, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.
As part of this approval, the Board of Directors has been authorized and empowered to execute the "Assets Sale."
The Board may delegate its powers to the Chief Executive Officer or any Director, either individually or jointly with another Director or person, on terms and conditions they deem appropriate, to act on behalf of the company in implementing and giving effect to the sale.
