Waves Singer Pakistan to no longer acquire Mitchell’s Fruit Farm Ltd

January 31, 2020 (MLN): Waves Singer Pakistan Limited has withdrawn its intention to acquire more than 30% shares and control of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, owing to lack of progress in negotiations.
The aforementioned information was revealed to PSX by Next Capital Limited, which is also the Manager to the Offer.
