July 01, 2026 (MLN): K-Electric Limited (PSX: KEL) has received advice from the relevant authority that it may hold its Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for the years ended June 30, 2024, June 30, 2025, and June 30, 2026, latest by December 31, 2026.

The company referred to its earlier disclosure dated April 17, 2026, and said it remains committed to complying with all regulatory requirements. It added that it will take all necessary actions within its control to ensure the required compliances.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
