Unity Food Limited's share capital to be increased by Rs8.3 billion

February 6, 2019 (MLN): The shareholders of Unity Foods Limited, in their Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 6, have decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 1,700,000,000 to Rs. 10,000,000,000, as per a notification issued by the company on Wednesday.
