UDPL to sell 4.63% stake in International Brands

June 26, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of United Distributors Pakistan Limited (PSX: UDPL) has reached an agreement to sell 4.63% of the shares of International Brands (Private) Limited to Universal Ventures (Private) Limited, company's filing on PSX showed.

The sale price is Rs55 per share, making a total sale consideration of Rs599.23 million, which transaction is to conclude on or before September 30, 2023.

Furthermore, the Board has also given its authorization to sign the Share Purchase Agreement with Universal Ventures (Private) Limited (UVPL) in this regard.
