UBL Fund managers halt fresh unit issuances, conversions for UGIF, AIAIF

August 13, 2024 (MLN): UBL Fund Managers Limited has decided to suspend the fresh issuance of units and Conversion-in in UBL Growth and Income Fund (UGIF) and Al Ameen Islamic Aggressive Income Fund (AIAIF) with effect from Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
UBL-FUNDS disclosed this information in a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.
It is important to note that UBL Fund Managers, the Management Company for UGIF and AIAIF, made this decision in the best interest of the existing unit holders.
The company also clarified that it will continue to honor redemptions and conversions from UGIF and AIAIF, should any existing investor choose to proceed with such actions.
