April 21, 2022 (MLN): UAE and India’s Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements (CEPAs) will come into effect on May 01, 2022, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Thani Al Zeyoudi said on Twitter today.

To note, UAE signed its first bilateral trade agreement with India on 18 February 2022, aiming to deepen ties with strategic partners around the world.

This is in pursuit of the UAE’s projects of the 50, a series of bold initiatives driving the nation’s next phase of sustainable development.
