TRG Pakistan receives offer from Greentree Holdings

January 16, 2025 (MLN): TRG Pakistan Limited (PSX: TRG) has received a Public Announcement of an Offer from Greentree Holdings Limited (the Acquirer), with the offer being facilitated by AKD Securities Limited.

AKD Securities Limited, on behalf of the Acquirer, has submitted a public announcement of an offer to acquire up to 35.147% of the shareholding and control of TRG Pakistan Limited, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

Yesterday, AKD Securities Limited informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) about the offer to acquire TRG Pakistan's shares on behalf of Greentree Holdings Limited.

This is being done by the provisions of the Securities Act, 2015, and the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2017.
