TREET signs MoU with an interested party to supply Electric Motor Cycles

April 1, 2022 (MLN): Treet Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Treet Corporation Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with an interested party for inter alia, manufacture, sale, market and supply of Electric Motor Cycles, the company filing on PSX showed today.

Subsequent to the signing of the above referred MoU and fulfilment of certain formalities, the parties shall enter into a definitive and detailed license agreement pertaining to the understating contemplated in the MoU.

The shareholders of the company will be intimated as and when the license agreement is executed.
