March 11, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Treet Corporation Limited, in its meeting held on March 11, 2020, has decided to invest up to Rs. 93,694,498 in Loads Limited via Right issuance.
The abovementioned matter will be taken up with the shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, says a notification released by the company.
