March 21, 2023 (MLN): Subsequent to the Construction Permit received by HKC (Private) Limited, an SPV and subsidiary of TPL REIT Fund I, TPL Properties Limited (PSX: TPLP) has entered into an agreement with Total Construction (Private) Limited for the construction of One Hoshang Project.

Pursuant to this, construction work has commenced at the project site and the same is expected to be completed within the next 3 years.

Total Construction (Private) Limited, the construction partner for One Hoshang, has an impressive track record in the construction industry, having successfully completed a range of commercial and residential projects.

The partnership with TPL Properties Limited is expected to be a fruitful one, delivering a high-quality development that meets the expectations of discerning buyers and investors.
