TPL Trakker to issue 58.3 million shares with a green shoe option

May 18, 2020 (MLN): TPL Corp Limited has announced that SECP has approved TPL Trakker Limited (TPLT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TPL Corp, to issue, circulate and publish the Prospectus for the issuance of 58,300,000 ordinary shares with a green shoe option of up to an additional 57,419,500 ordinary shares to the general public at a fixed price of Rs. 12 per share (including Premium of Rs. 2 per share), within 60 days of the approval by SECP.

According to the notification issued by TPL Corp to PSX, the approval is subject to certain special and standard conditions as prescribed by the SECP.
