TPL Properties assimilates REIT management business: PSX Notification

October 15, 2018 (MLN): TPL Properties Limited has announced in a recent notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) that it has incorporated TPL REIT Management Company Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary and shall now apply for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Management Services License.

Earlier this year, in February 2018, TPLP notified PSX regarding their intention to venture into REIT Management business as an additional business segment in their property business portfolio.
