THALL to invest Rs550mn in Thal Boshoku

October 28, 2022 (MLN): The board of Thal Limited (THALL) on Friday recommended an additional equity investment of Rs550 million in the Thal Boshoku Pakistan Private Limited (TBPK), the company’s filings on the stock exchange showed on Friday.

The further report added, “The board of THALL decided an additional equity investment of Rs550mn be made in its subsidiary company TBPK through subscription of right shares which shall be in proportion to THALL shareholding in TBPK”.
