Textile exports decrease by 20% YoY in May: APTMA

June 03, 2023 (MLN): Textile exports in the month of May 2023 slumped by 20% YoY to $1.31 billion, the 8th consecutive YoY decline, compared to $1.64bn in May 2022, according to the statistics released by the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA).

Within 11MFY23, the exports of textiles stood at $15.02bn, decreasing by 15% YoY compared to 17.61bn in 11MFY22.
