Nishat Hotels extends deadline to acquire Rafhan Maize by 90 days
Rafhan Maize Products Company Limited (PSX: RMPL) has disclosed that Nishat Hotels and Properties Limited, through its manager to the offer, Next Capital Limited, has extended the deadline for making a Public Announcement of Offer (PAO) by 90 days, up to February 10, 2026.
