Nishat Hotels extends deadline to acquire Rafhan Maize by 90 days

November 11, 2025 (MLN): Rafhan Maize Products Company Limited (PSX: RMPL) has disclosed that Nishat Hotels and Properties Limited, through its manager to the offer, Next Capital Limited, has extended the deadline for making a Public Announcement of Offer (PAO) by 90 days, up to February 10, 2026.

The extension has been granted in accordance with Regulation 7(1) of the Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2017, which governs timelines and procedures for takeover offers.

The announcement was made as part of the company’s public disclosure of inside information, directly concerning its listed securities, under the requirements of the Securities Act, 2015, and the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The statement was duly signed and submitted on behalf of Rafhan Maize by an authorized representative of the company.
