PTA grants NOC for Telenor Pakistan amalgamation into PTC subsidiary
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PSX:PTC) has received regulatory clearance from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), for the consolidation and transfer of PTA licenses, as well as the amalgamation of Telenor Pakistan (Private) Limited into Pak Telecom Mobile Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of PTCL.
