NA orders PTCL to improve customer support

October 02, 2024 (MLN): The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Information Technology & Telecommunication has directed Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. (PTCL) to enhance its complaint management system.

This aims to ensure a swift response time of 6 to 12 hours, helping to prevent customer dissatisfaction and maintain competitiveness in the market.

The directions were given during the meeting chaired by Syed Amin ul Haque, MNA.
