PTCL to sell prime I.I. Chundrigarh Road property in Karachi

April 28, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has declared the sale of its prime property located on I.I. Chundrigarh Road in Karachi, adjacent to Jang Press, through a transparent and competitive bidding process.

The property spans 13,583 square yards (27 Kanal) and features a corner plot with a 500-foot frontage along I.I. Chundrigarh Road, making it a prime location for commercial and luxury residential projects.

PTCL is inviting offers from interested individuals, firms, and companies, with the deadline for submission set for May 31, 2025.

The property is suited for iconic commercial ventures, office spaces, and luxury residences.
