NICL approves Rs3bn capex for Palmitic Acid, CPW expansion
A capital expenditure of Rs3.0 billion has been approved for three key strategic initiatives at Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (PSX: NICL), covering the establishment of a new Palmitic Acid plant, expansion of the Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW) and Chlorine Liquefaction plants, and the relocation of one Oleochemicals plant from Sheikhupura to Hub, Balochistan.

Nimir Chemicals FY26 profit rises 18% to Rs2.4bn, declares Rs2 dividend
Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (PSX: NICL) recorded an 18% increase in its net profit for the year ended June 30, 2026, with profit after income tax climbing to Rs2.39bn from Rs2.02bn in the corresponding period last year.
