G3 REIT Management secures SECP licence for REIT services
Ghani Global Holdings Limited (PSX: GGL) has said the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted G3 REIT Management Limited a licence to undertake REIT Management Services as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC), valid until October 1, 2029.

Ghani Global FY26 profit plunges 36% to Rs2.7bn
Ghani Global Holdings Limited (PSX: GGL) recorded a 36% decline in its consolidated net profit for the year ended June 30, 2026, with profit after taxation for the year falling to Rs2.69bn from Rs4.18bn (restated) in the corresponding period last year.
