G3 REIT Management secures SECP licence for REIT services

October 07, 2026 (MLN): Ghani Global Holdings Limited (PSX:
GGL) has said the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has
granted G3 REIT Management Limited a licence to undertake REIT Management
Services as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC), valid until October 1, 2029.
Following the receipt of the licence,
all statements and references in the Scheme of Arrangement that describe the
licence as under approval, pending issuance or yet to be obtained will be
treated as amended.
The scheme will now state that G3 REIT
Management has obtained and received the requisite licence from the SECP to
carry out REIT Management Services as an NBFC.
The scheme and all related provisions
will be read accordingly to reflect the grant and receipt of the licence. Apart
from this update to the licensing status, all other terms and conditions of the
scheme remain unchanged.
The company asked PSX to pass the
information on to all TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange for their
information and onward communication to investors.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to
Exchange.
