Ghani Global may invest in DBSL’s right issue

May 31, 2022 (MLN): Ghani Global Holdings Limited and its associates may invest in the Dadabhoy Sack Limited (DBSL)'s future right issue as per their "Revival Business Plan" by up to 30% i.e. up to 45,000,000 shares out of the unsubscribed portion, the company filing on PSX showed on Tuesday.

In a recent development, the company has made an arrangement with DBSL to provide technical and financial support, seek collaborating partners, and set up the online shopping i.e. e-Commerce business within DBSL.

Setting up of e-Commerce can either be set up of the said business as a green-field project or buy (with full rights) the e-Commerce business from the collaborating partners while modalities and a formal agreement will be finalized in due course of time.
