Supernet Infrastructure Solutions to acquire 62.84% stake in Hallmark Company Limited

April 13, 2023 (MLN): Telecard Limited (PSX: TELE), the ultimate holding company of Supernet Infrastructure Solutions (Private) Limited has disclosed that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Mr. Irtaza Zafar Sheikh and the Board of Directors of Gazpak (Private) Limited for the proposed divestment of all of the shares held by them in Hallmark Company Limited (HCL).
The transaction involves the sale of 314,220 shares, representing approximately 62.84% of the issued and paid-up capital of the company.
The proposed divestment is subject to the terms of the SPA, including the issuance of a public offer, receipt of requisite approvals, and completion of other closing formalities.
