SMBL extends maturity date of TFC

November 4, 2022 (MLN): The Summit Bank Limited (SMBL), has approved a one-year extension in the maturity date of the term Finance Certificate (TFC) of the bank, the company’s filings on the stock exchange showed on Friday.

Alongside, SMBL also extended the date for payment of all the redemption amounts (including accrued markup) on the further revised maturity date of the TFC which is until 27 Oct’23.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs1.55, down by Rs0.06 or 3.73% DoD.
