Summit Bank approves the execution of ‘Exclusivity Agreement’

March 31, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Summit Bank Limited, in its meeting held on March 31, 2020, has approved the execution of the Exclusivity agreement, whereby Mr. Nasser Abdullah Hussain Lootah will acquire a controlling stake in the Bank.
The execution of the Proposed Transaction is subject to due diligence and all regulatory and corporate approvals, Summit Bank said in a notice issued to PSX on Tuesday.
