Strong rally in stock market shows investors’ confidence in govt. policies: Dr Hafeez

December 2, 2019 (MLN): Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh has said the strong rally in stock market depicts the improved investors’ confidence on measurements taken by the government for stabilizing the economy.

He said in a tweet yesterday, the KSE-100 index is up by 14.9% during November which is the highest one month return after May 2013.

The index showed improvement by 36.6% or a net gain of 10, 500 points since Aug 16, 2019.
