SLCL moves forward with revival plan, liability settlement

April 10, 2025 (MLN): Security Leasing Corporation Limited (PSX: SLCL) has reported significant progress in its revival and restructuring efforts, particularly in the settlement of creditors' liabilities.

The management confirmed in its progress report for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, that a settlement had already been reached with Soneri Bank Ltd.

Additionally, another settlement is currently in process, with further negotiations underway with other creditors.

The management expressed confidence that more settlements will be achieved in the near future.

These efforts are expected to be reflected in the company’s next annual accounts, showcasing the positive impact of the settlements and the management’s commitment to the company’s revival.

The success of these initiatives is attributed to the dedicated efforts of the management and the continued support from the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
