Sindh High Court approves Landmark Spinning Industries merger

September 24, 2024 (MLN): The High Court of Sindh has sanctioned the merger of Liven Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Limited (LPL) with Landmark Spinning Industries Limited (PSX: LMSM) by way of amalgamation of the entire business.
This approval, formalized through an order dated September 02, 2024, follows the scheme initiated on April 25, 2022, under Sections 279-283 and 285 of the Companies Act, 2017.
The merger consolidates LPL’s entire business and operations into Landmark Spinning.
