Shareholders approve rebranding of Synthetic Products Enterprises to SPEL Ltd

March 10, 2025 (MLN): The shareholders of Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited have approved to change the company’s name to SPEL Limited during an Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 10, 2025, at ICMA Pakistan Building, Lahore.

As per the resolution, Clause I of the Memorandum of Association has been amended to reflect the new name.

Additionally, Clause (c) of Article 2 in the Articles of Association has been restated, defining the company as SPEL Limited.

The resolution also mandates that the company’s name be updated across all statutory documents, including the Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, and other official records.

The Company Secretary has been authorized to complete all necessary legal, corporate, and procedural formalities for the name change, the notification issued to the local bourse.

Any required modifications, additions, or deletions to these resolutions will not require fresh shareholder approval.
