SECP drops proceedings against Dar-es-Salaam Textile

January 06, 2023 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) dropped proceedings against Dar-es-Salaam Textile Mills Limited (DSML) without any adverse action as revealed in company’s report.

In view of the order passed to SECP it has provided an opportunity to the company’s board to submit the revival plan of the company.

Therefore, the board is endeavoring for the revival and keen to inform PSX that the company marked under default segment be removed which is a deterrent to move for the revival of the company.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs8.50 down by 5.56%.
