January 06, 2023 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) issued Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name to GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, and the name is changed to Haleon Pakistan Limited, a notice issued by company to PSX on Friday showed.

“The name “Haleon Pakistan Limited” shall be accompanied by the phrase “Formerly known as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pakistan Limited” in parenthesis”, the notification read.

This shall have no effect on the principal line of business of the company.

At the time of writing the script of the company is being traded at Rs157.40, which is up by 32 paisa to 0.20% DoD.
